How to Use Your Water Drinking Tracker

  1. Quick Add
    Use the four yellow buttons to instantly log common amounts: 250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml or 1 L.
    Fast and easy—no typing required!

  2. Custom Amount
    If you drink a different volume, enter the exact millilitres in the “Custom ml” field and hit Add.

  3. Today’s Total
    At the top you’ll see “Today: XXX ml”, so you always know how much you’ve had so far.

  4. Weekly View
    Scroll through your entries for the current week in the table below.
    • Tap the ✕ next to any entry to remove a mistake.
    • Use Prev Week and Next Week to review past or future weeks.

  5. Pop-Out Mode
    Click Pop Out to open the tracker in its own mini-window—perfect for keeping an eye on your intake all day!
