How to Use Your Water Drinking Tracker

  1. Quick Add
    Use the four yellow buttons to instantly log common amounts of water: 250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml or 1 L. Fast and easy with no typing required.

  2. Custom Amount
    If you drink a different volume then just enter the exact millilitres in the Custom ml field and hit Add.

  3. Today’s Total
    At the top you’ll see Today: XXX m. This gives you a quick view of how much water you’ve had today so far.

  4. Weekly View
    Scroll through your entries for the current week in the table below.
    • Tap the next to any entry to remove a mistake.
    • Use <<Prev Week and Next Week>> to review past or future weeks.

  5. Pop-Out Mode
    Click Pop Out to open the tracker in its own mini-window. Perfect for keeping an eye on your intake all day!
